摘　　要：当前的艾滋病防控策略面临着一种演进,即从确保患者抗艾治疗权向保障其完整就医权利的转变。1981年,美国发现并确认了世界首例艾滋病病例;30年后,幸运的美国人蒂莫西·雷·布朗在与艾滋病斗争了10年之后,通过骨髓移植治愈了艾滋病。清华大学艾滋病综合研究中心副主任张林琦教授认为,In 1981, US discovered and diagnosed the first case of AIDS. 30 years later, Timothy Ray Brown, the lucky American patient, who has been ghting with AIDS for more than 10 years, has nally cured the disease by bone marrow transplant. The survival years of HIV patients is increasing significantly, which also makes their request for treatment more urgent. The strategy that HIV patients could only get treatment in certain hospitals is obviously not appropriate. To protect the right of HIV patients needs a normal and continuous solution.
