摘　　要：从发展观、历史观、安全观三个方面论述可持续发展是发展观的新飞跃、历史观的新突破、安全观的新思考;深刻理解可持续发展的基本内涵与精神实质;进一步阐述可持续发展是世界共同追求的目标与战略选择。This paper mainly illustrates the ideas from three aspects-development, history and security concepts, and sustainable development concept is a new leap in development concept, a new breakthroughs in history, a new consideration in security and elaborates that the sustainable development is the common goal of the world and the strategic choice with a full understanding of the basic meaning and the spiritual essence of sustainable development.
