摘　　要：目的分析当前农村计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术推广存在的问题及提出相应的对策。方法对参与适宜技术推广的2个省10个示范县的相关人员进行问卷调查,并选取部分对象进行小组座谈和个人深入访谈。结果没有统一的科学技术筛选过程,可选技术的总量不足;培训针对性及可持续性不足;技术应用方面表现为技术人员的激励不足及服务对象的宣传缺失。结论计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术推广过程需进一步优化、完善。Objective Analysis on the problems and contermeasures of the current Family Planning and Reproductive Health Appropriate Technologies.Methods Questionnaire survey and the in-depth interviews for relevant people in 10 pilot countries of 2 provinces,which were carrying out the project on appropriate technologies,will be adopted. Results The selection process of technology was not unified and the total amount of technology with deficiency.The training was lack of pertinence and sustainability.The deficiency of encouragement in technicians and propaganda education in clients were among application performance.Conclusion appropriate technologies need further optimization and improvement.
