摘　　要：颅神经嵴细胞(CNCC)是动物胚胎发育过程中出现的一个暂时性、可迁移、多潜能细胞群,它对颅颌面发育具有十分重要的意义。起源于背侧神经管的CNCC,在多种因素的调控下,于胚胎内经过长距离的、精确的迁移,最终到达其目标区域,并进一步衍生为骨、软骨、神经、结缔组织等多种组织,构成了颅颌面大部分重要的软硬组织结构。因此,CNCC的正确迁移,是颅颌面结构正常发育的重要基础。本文重点介绍了CNCC的迁移过程,以及近期研究中发现的迁移过程中的细胞特性,为进一步研究颅颌面发育以及颅颌面畸形的发病机制奠定了基础。The cranial neural crest ceils （CNCC） is a temporary migratory stem cell population specific to vertebrates that originates from the dorsal part of the developing neural tube. CNCC travel a long distance in the embryo and migrate precisely into the specific branch arches. During dorsolateral migration, CNCC may interact with and receive signals from multiple sources. CNCC contribute much of the bone, cartilage, neurons, and connective tissue that make up the developing head. The correct migration of CNCC is crucial for head development. The aim of this review is to highlight the process of CNCC migration and the characteristic of CNCC during migration.
