关节镜辅助下有限切开治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经关节镜辅助下有限切开治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法对2008年7月至2009年7月49例胫骨平台骨折患者,采用局部小切口,关节镜辅助下骨折复位、关节面下开窗植骨,并采用中空钉或支持钢板固定,随访12～24个月。结果 49例骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间3～6个月,无并发症。按HSS膝关节评分标准评定疗效,总优良率91.8%。结论关节镜监视下治疗胫骨平台骨折具有损伤小、并发症少、操作安全、能同时发现和处理关节内合并症、术后康复快的特点。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of micio-incision combinef with arthroseopy to treat tibial plateau fracture.Methods During the period of July 2008 to July 2009,we treated 49 cases of tibia lplateau fracture with internal fixation by using an arthroscope.Results All case were followed up for 12-24months.All fractures were unitied after 3-6 postoperative months.The results were excellent in 36 patients,good in 9 according to the HSS evaluating system,The rate of excellent and good outcomes was 91.8%.Conclusion It is a good way to treat tibial plateau fracture by arthroseopy with minimally trauma and quick recovery.
