摘　　要：安全是药物使用的先决条件,也是如今中药发展必须解决的问题。但是近年来,有关中药不良反应的报道逐渐增多,特别是一些严重的不良反应和临床急性死亡病例的报道,使得中药使用的安全性受到极大的关注。所以现从中药安全的现状、不良反应发生的类型、发生的原因,以及临床表现及防治措施几个方面进行调查,结合医院实际病例来加以阐述,以提高对中药不良反应的认识,了解如何正确合理的使用中药,以减少不良反应的发生。Safety is the precondition of drug use,which must be solved in the problems of traditional Chinese drug development.In recent years,the related adverse reaction reports of traditional Chinese drug increased gradually,especially some serious acute adverse reactions and clinical death case reports,which makes the safety of traditional Chinese drug usage paying tremendous attention.Therefore,we carry out an investigation of traditional Chinese drug safety including adverse reaction type,causes,clinical manifestations,prevention measures and current situation in order to increase realization of its adverse reactions and learn how to correct the Unreasonable use and reduce adverse events.
