舒适护理在永久性起搏器植入术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在永久性起搏器植入术中的应用效果。方法将60例行永久性起搏器植入术检查的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上加用舒适护理。观察2组患者行永久性起搏器植入术期间不良反应发生情况及术后舒适度的评定。结果实验组干预后的不良反应发生率低且舒适度明显高于对照组。结论在永久性起搏器植入术中应用舒适护理可以提高患者舒适度,减少不良反应的发生,体现了整体护理的意义。Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in paitents who underwent permanent pacemaker（PPM） implantation.Methods 60 patients undertaken PPM in our hospital were divided into exerimental group（n=30） and control group（n=30） randomly.Usual caring were performed for control group.Except usual caring,comfortable nursing was added to the test group.Methods Compared to the control group,Adverse effect reduced and degree of comfort increased dramatically in exerimental group.Results Combatable care can raise patient＇s degree of comfort;reduce adverse effect in paitents who underwent permanent pacemaker.
