摘  要:为了实现应变测量系统的智能化、低成本、非接触实时检测,针对橡胶材料大应变测量的特点,研制了基于改进自动网格法的嵌入式非接触应变测量设备。以高性能达芬奇DSP芯片TMS320DM6437和CMOS图像传感器为核心构建了一套集图像采集和图像处理于一体的处理模块,并使用控制芯片S3C2440实现整体控制功能。针对传统自动网格法在嵌入式应用中的缺点进行改进,在其基础上设计了适用于嵌入式系统的新的算法,并针对DSP硬件结构特点进行了优化设计。在完整系统上对橡胶材料进行了非接触纵向拉伸试验,实验结果表明本系统能够实时准确地计算出应变结果,验证了技术方案及算法的可靠性,图像处理速度达到20帧/秒,应变的测量范围超过了100%。In order to achieve intellectualization, low cost and non-contact real-time detection of strain measurement system, aiming at the feature of real-time measurement of large strain, a non-contact strain measurement equipment is researched in this paper. The core modules including image collection and image processing based on a DaVinci DSP and a CMOS image sensor have been developed. The control function of the whole system is realized using a controller chip S3 C2440. Automated grid method has been redesigned to suit embedded system and the program is optimized according to the DSP hardware structure. The results of non-contact longitudinal tensile test on rubber indicate that the system can obtain real-time strain ; and the results also verify the validity and reliability of the technical scheme and the algorithm. The image processing speed can reach 20 frame/s, and the strain measurement range exceeds 100%.
