摘  要:管壳式换热器在石油、化工、动力、医药、冶金、制冷、轻工等行业的应用非常普遍.采用实验方法研究了连续肋管壳式换热器的传热和阻力特性.实验介质管侧为水,壳侧为机油.测试了不同机油流量下换热器壳侧的平均努塞尔数和阻力系数.拟合出了所测参数范围内的传热和阻力关联式.为连续肋管壳式换热器的应用提供了参考依据.Applications of tube-and-shell heat exchangers are common in petroleum,chemistry,power,metallurgy,refrigeration,pharmaceutical and light industries.Our experimental study is carried out for pressure drop and heat transfer of tube-and-shell heat exchanger with continuous fins.Experimental media are water for pipes,and oil for shells.The friction factor and the average convection coefficient of shells under different oil flow rates are obtained.They are correlated within the scope of the measured parameters.The results of study provide some bases for the application of continuous fins in tube-and-shell heat exchanger.
