摘　　要：目的探讨环节管理在提高手卫生依从性中的应用。方法通过对我院近年来手卫生执行过程中的各个相关环节进行总结、分析,发现存在问题,提出改进、控制措施。结果通过提高医院管理层的重视度、规范手卫生管理制度、加强培训与宣传力度、改进手卫生设施、完善手卫生督查制度等环节,我院的手卫生督查合格率由2008年的94.80%上升到2010年的98.17%。结论通过加强对手卫生执行过程中的各个环节管理,医务人员手卫生依从性得到提高。Objective To explore the application of process management in improving hand hygiene compliance. Methods By summarizing and analyzing aUthe relevant links of hand hygiene iraplementation in recent years in our hospital, we proposed the existing problems and presented the corresponding measures. Results By increasing attention of hospital management, standardizing hand hygiene management system, strengthening training and publicity, improving hand hygiene facilities, perfecting monitoring system and other aspects of hand hygiene, the pass rate of hand hygiene inspection in our hospital rose from 94.80% in 2008 to 98.17% in 2010. Conclusion By strengthening process management of hand hygiene implementation in our hospital, hand hygiene compliance of medical staff has been improved.
