摘　　要：(目的)目前,锦州市大量存在20世纪80～90年代建造的落后、陈旧、老化旧住宅,已不能满足居民日益提高的现代物质和精神生活的需求,为了探讨适宜的旧住宅改造技术,(方法)通过实态调查(案例分析、访谈、实地调查),(结果)在分析旧住宅与居住需求矛盾的基础上,提出了有针对性的改造设计方法,并结合典型旧住宅实例进行了改造设计探索与研究。(结论)希望能够抛砖引玉,使越来越多的人关注和深入地进行此项研究,为锦州市旧住宅的改造设计工作提供一些理论依据。At present, there is a large number of Jinzhou city, the 20th century, built in 80 to 90 years backward, old, aging old house, can no longer satisfy the increasing population of modem material and spiritual needs, in order to explore the old house suitable for adaptation of technology, through the dwelling conditions on-the-spot investigation （ case studies, interviews, field surveys）, in a contradiction between the old residential and housing needs, based on the proposed design method targeted transformation, combined with typical examples of the transformation of old residential design exploration and research. Hopes to initiate more and more people are concerned and in-depth study carried out for the Jinzhou city, the transformation of the old house to provide some theoretical basis for the design work.
