非小细胞肺癌患者化疗相关性呕吐辅助中医健脾化湿方治疗的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者化疗相关性呕吐(CINV)辅以中医健脾化湿方药治疗的效果。方法将146例IV期NSCLC患者随机分为观察组(65例)和对照组(81例)。对照组常规予以化疗;观察组在此基础上辅助中医药健脾化湿方剂治疗。结果观察组患者呕吐较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),生活质量(KPS评分)观察组明显高于对照组。结论常规治疗同时辅以中医药健脾化湿方,对治疗NSCLC患者CINV具有一定的优势。[ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of assisted treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） spleen strengthening and dampness-expelling in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting （CINV） in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients. [Methods] 146 patients were divided into two groups randomly, the observation group and the control group. The two groups were treated with regular chemotherapy, comparably, TCM were added to observation group. [ Results ] Significant improvement and relief on CINV were detected in the observation group, and KPS score increased in observation group which was higher than the control group. [ Conclusion ] Assisted treatment of TCM spleen strengthening and dampness-expelling in the treatment of NSCLC cancer can alleviate CINV and improve quality of life.
