摘　　要：专利是一个国家或地区科技资产的核心,专利综合实力是衡量一个国家或地区综合实力以及区域创新能力的重要标志。从专利申请、授权数量、专利结构及专利质量等方面对内蒙古自治区专利事业发展状况进行分析,采用灰色关联度分析方法找出影响内蒙古自治区专利事来发展的主要因素,提出促进内蒙古专利发展的对策建议。The patent is the core of technology assets of a country or region,and the comprehensive strength of patent is the important sign of measuring comprehensive strength as well as the regional innovative ability of a country or region.This paper analyzes the development situation of patent business of Inner Mongolia by using grey correlation degree analysis method in aspects of application for a patent,license numbers,structure and quality of patent to find out the main factors which influence the development of patent business,then puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.
