摘　　要：目前三级医疗机构普遍进入发展瓶颈期,存在着许多制约其持续发展的影响因素,提升核心竞争力是每一个医院管理者在思考的问题。通过调查具有代表性的京、沪、穗3个地区共18家三级医疗机构计36个专病门诊运行情况,分析普遍存在的问题及原因,并提出建议。Now 3A medical institutions generally meetsdifficulties during development. There are many factors restricting its sustainable development. Enhancing core competitiveness needs hospital administrators＇ attention. Through the survey of a representative sample of 36 special disease operation situation in 18 3A medical institutes in three regions, the existing problems are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed.
