周围型非小细胞肺癌大分割三维适形放疗临床研究  

Hypofractionated Three-dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy In The Treatment of Peripheral Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘　　要：本文跟踪观察并分析大剂量分割治疗分期为T1-3N0的周围型NSCLC13例给予适形放疗,4Gy～6Gy/f,每日1次,5f/w,60Gy～64Gy/10f～16f,12天～22天完成三维适形放疗,中位随访30个月,结果发现CR率30.8%(4/13),PR率53.8%(7/13),SD率23.1%(2/13),总有效率(CR+PR)84.6%。患者中位生存时间26个月,1、2年生存率分别为76.9%、53.8%,1、2年无复发生存率分别为61.5%、46.2%。Stage T1-3N0 peripheral NSCLC patients were treated with hypofractionation alone, 60 Gy-64 Gy/10-16 fractions, in 12-22 days, with 3-dimensional conformal planning. Routine follow up included assessment for acute and late toxicity and radio- logical tumor response. Median follow up time was 30 months for the surviving patients.The outcome of these patients was analyzed. Thirteen patients with a median age of 67 years, TI= 4,T2=7 and T3=2, were treated.The 1 and 2-year overall survival rate was 76.9% and 53.8%,respectively.The 1 and 2-year recurrence-free survival rate was 61.5% and 46.2%,respectively.
