摘 要:秘鲁磁铁矿粉具有粒度细、品位高、脉石含量低等优点,但其碱金属含量相对较高,且SiO2含量过低,容易引起球团矿还原膨胀率高等问题,而且放置时间较长的秘鲁矿粉成球性能下降,影响造球和生球质量。通过试验,研究了秘鲁矿粉的造球性能,以及地方矿粉和含镁熔剂对秘鲁矿粉球团造球、焙烧及成品球质量的影响。试验结果显示,采取高压辊磨、配加地方矿粉或含镁熔剂等措施可以改善秘鲁矿粉的成球性能和生球质量。秘鲁矿粉配加SiO2含量较高的地方矿粉或添加蛇纹石、橄榄石等含镁熔剂,能有效控制球团矿的还原膨胀率。Magnetite iron ore concentrate produced with Shougang Peru iron ore mining company has such characteristic as fine size, high iron grade and low gangue. However,its higher alkali and low SiO2 content easily result in high reduction swelling rate of pellet,on the other hand, the bailing performance of Peru iron ore concentrate will decrease with extension of deposit time, which will influence bailing and green ball quality. Through experiment, the bailing performance of Peru iron ore concentrate and the influence of domestic iron ore fines and magnesium-containing fluxes on its pelletizing, firing and pellet quality were studied in this paper. The experiment result shows that such measures as high pressure roller grinding, addition of local iron ore fines or magnesium-containing fluxes etc. will improve the bailing performance and green ball quality of Peru iron ore fines. Proportion of Peru ore fines with high Si02 content of local ore fines or additon of magnesium-containing fluxes such as serpentine and olivine etc. will effectively control the reduction swelling index of pellet.
