摘　　要：神经细胞培养技术已成为当今神经科学研究中的主要方法之一，与各种先进的技术结合在一起渗透到各个学科。本文就神经组织块培养与神经元分离培养的组织选材和培养基的应用及进展做一综述，并设想提出神经元体内培养的研究，为神经细胞的培养开创新的研究方向提供理论基础。The technology of nerve cell culture has become one main method of neuroscience research, and permeate each subject together with various kinds of advanced technology. This review mainly expounds the method of nerve tissue explant culture and nerve cell separated culture in vitro, and the tissue selection of nerve cell separated in vitro and the application progress of culture medium. The review put forward a new view about the method of nerve cell culture in vivo.
