长三角制造业的低碳经济发展状况与对策——基于DSR模型的评价研究

摘　　要：文章首先从经济、技术和环境三个维度阐述低碳经济的概念内涵,据此分析了长三角制造业低碳经济发展的现状和问题。同时依据联合国可持续发展委员会提出的"驱动力-状态-响应"模型(DSR模型)建立了三维的低碳经济评价指标体系,并用主成分分析的方法对2000-2008年长三角制造业低碳经济发展脉络进行了定量评价研究,结果表明自加入WTO组织以来,长三角制造业一直保持低碳化的良性发展趋势。最后根据评价研究结果结合长三角制造业的现状提出了相应的政策建议。Firstly, this paper defines the meaning oflow-carbon economy from economic, technological and environmental aspects. And according to the three dimensions, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of low-carbon economy of the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, the paper establishes a three-dimensional low-carbon economy evaluation index system according to the United Nations Commission of Sustainable Development＇ s ＂driving force-state-response＂ model （DSR model）. Then, using PCA to have a quantitative evaluation on the low-carbon economy of the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing industry during 2000-2008. The results show that since joining WTO, the Yangtze River Deha＇s manufacturing industry has maintained a sound developmental trend. In the end, the paper puts forwards some corresponding recommendations which is based on the current situation of the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing industry.
