摘　　要：随着医院信息化不断的深入，医院信息系统的应用范围不断拓展，医疗和管理工作对信息系统的依赖性将会越来越强，因此，信息系统的安全管理在医院信息化建设过程中也就显得越来越重要。本文结合我院信息系统多年来建设实际情况，对信息安全管理在软件、硬件、管理这三个层次分别进行探讨。With the furthering of the implementation of the informatization construction of hospitals and the expanding range of the application of hospital information systems, the administration and management of the medical affairs will rely increasingly on information systems. Therefore how to garantee the security of the informationbased administrative system is of great significance. This paper, by combining the practice of information system construction in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College （NSMC）, intends to discuss this issue in terms of software, hardware and operation.
