薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定延胡索中延胡索乙素含量

摘　　要：目的研究经济简便的可用于延胡索药材的含量测定的方法。方法采用乙醚回流提取，以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-无水乙醇（2：1．7：01）为展开剂，碘为显色剂，用薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量。结果延胡索供试品与对照品在相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点，延胡索乙素在浓度0-25mg／L的范围内呈良好线性关系，回归方程：A=00106＋0．016C,r=09995。加样回收率为991％，IKSD=098％。结论实验结果表明，薄层层析一紫外分光光度法测定延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量，此法操作简单，重现性好，结果稳定。Objective To study simple can used for the method of the content measurement that yanhusuo. Method Use ethoxy ethane to extract,outspread agent was petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-ethano]（2：1.7：0.1） and developer was/2 steam.Determination of Dl-Tetrahydropamatine in yanhusuo by TLC - UV.Results Contrast sample and examine sample display same colour spot at same position.Linearity range was 0-25 mg/L, r=0.9995, The average recovery is 99.1%, RSD=0.98%.Conclusion The method is simple and the results are accurate,This method can be used for quality control of yanhusuo.
