高频超声诊断髋关节一过性滑膜炎21例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声检查对小儿髋关节一过性滑膜炎的诊断价值。方法对-临床上已经确诊的21例髋关节一过性滑膜炎患者进行高频超声检查并-bx线平片检查结果进行对比分析。结果21例患髋关节中有17例可见前隐窝内液性暗区，6-26mm，其中4例液性暗区包绕股骨头、4例表现为滑膜增厚3—38ram，前隐窝积液小于3vmm．CDFI：增厚的滑膜内探及每状血流信号及高阻动脉血流频谱。所有患髋线平片仅4例发现髋关节稍增宽，余无异常发现。结论高频超声在髋关节前方扫查能清晰的显示髋关节及周围软组织的内部结构，能反复动态观察其临床治疗效果，优于x线平片检查。Objective To research the diagnostic significance of high-frequency ultrasound examination to temporary synovitis of the hip in children.Method To carry out high-frequency ultrasound examinations to 21 patients with hips of temporary synovitis who clinically have been diagnosed and to compare them with the results of x-ray examinations. Results In 17 of the 21 patients fluid dark space can be seen in fomer reeess,6-26mm,and in 4 of the 17 patients the fluid dark space surrounds femoral head.4 cases display synovial thickening by 3-3.8mm, the size of the fomer recess is smaller than 3vmm. CDFl：dot and strip flow signals and high-resistance arterial blood spectrum can be probed in thickening synovium.Among all the radiographs hip joint hrnadening is found is only in 4 cases, and no abnormalities are found in the rest.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound scanning in front of hip can clearly display the internal structure of hip joint and its surrounding soft tissues and dynamically observe its clinical treatment effect repeatedly,thus is better than x-ray examination.
