摘　　要：目的为妇科腹腔镜手术肠道准备的方法改进提供参与。方法将我科传统的肠道清洁法与改良后的方法进行实验对比，观察效果。结果两种方法比较的临床效果有明显的差异（P〈0.05）。结论改良的方法较适合腹腔镜手术的肠道准备。Objective Provide a reference for the method for preparing of the gynecology belly cavity mirror surgical operation bowel way. Method Start experiment the method which prepare method and the empress of the improvement of the my section traditional bowel way contrast, observe result. Result two kinds of methods exisl obvious difference. Conclusion Thereformative method suits the bowel way of the gynecology belly cavity mirror surgical operation preparation more,
