老年功能性便秘患者综合心理干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析老年功能性便秘（functional constipation，Fc）患者的症状、自我效能及一心理状况，探讨综合心理干预措施在FC治疗中的效果。方法应用临床症状积分法、自我效能量表、ZUNG焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评估68例老年FC患者的临床症状、自我效能和心理状况，给予综合心理干预，特别强调提高患者的自我效能，比较干预前后的各评分值厦症状改善的有效率。结果老年FC患者综合干预后，自我效能评分明显提高（P〈0．01），症状积分、SAS、SDS评分均明显降低（P〈0.01），总有效率为8677％。结论对老年FC患者进行综合干预，有效改善老年FC患者的心理状态、便秘症状和自我效能。Objectlve To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention to improve clinical symptom, self-efficacy and psychological status of elderly patients with functional constipation （FC）.Methods Clinical symptom, self-efficacy and psychological status in elderly patients with FC were investigated by a bowel symptom score, self-rated abilities for health practices scale（SRAHP）, Zung＇self-rating anxiety scales （SAS） and self-rating depressive scales （SDS）.The effect was assessed before and after comprehensive intervention which emphasized to improve patients＇self-efficacy.Results After comprehensive psychological intervention, the self-efficacy score was greatly improved. Besides, the symptom score, SAS and SDS scores were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 86.77% .Conchmion Comprehensive mental intervention Can effectively improve both clinical symptom and thepsychological status of elderly patients in FC.
