摘 要:目的制定适合临床的低剂量数字化xx线摄影曝光方案。方法志愿者68例,男52例,女16例,年龄29—66岁,平均4763岁。随机进行分组,分别采用多种曝光方案进行图像摄影。结果实验一、二中各组间密度值差异无统计学意义;背景噪声及信噪比差异具有统计学意义。实验三:吸气末相组与呼气末相组感兴趣区的密度值差异虽无统计学意义,但吸气末相图像更能展开肺野,发现病灶。且能曝光指数降低,进而降低辐射剂量。实验四:各组间密度值差异无统计学意义.背景噪声差异具有统计学意义,信噪比差异具有统计学意义,但60Kv,160mA,64ms,10mAs组可以不影像诊断的情况下大大降低辐射剂量。结论在同样的曝光条件下,选上AEC,吸气末相屏气曝光,可以得到更理想的图像。且使用60Kv,160mA,64ms,10mAs的曝光条件,可大幅降低减少辐射剂量,维护受检公众的健康权益。Objective To select the optimal protocol of the Low-Dose DR system in chest radiography. Methods 68 subjects were performed pulmonary X-ray examinations were divided into four groups. The obtained data of the pulmonary X-ray images were analyzed statistically.Results Experiment 1 and 2,the value of signal were not different significantly. But the value of baekground-yawp and SNR were different significantly. Experiment 3,the value of signal were not different significantly. But the image by the end of inspiration can view the normal lung and the disease. Experiment 4,the value of signal were not different significantly, the value of background-yawp and SNR were different significantly. But used 60Kv, 160mA, 64ms, 10mAs, the dose of radiation was greatly cut down.Conclusions Used AEC and hold breath in the end of inspiration, it can gained the more perfect image. And used 60Kv, 160mA, 64ms, 10mAs, the dose of radiation was greatly cut down.
