摘　　要：目的对高效液相色谱法测定注射用法莫替丁含量的方法进行研究。方法色谱条件C18柱，流动相为pH3．9，庚烷磺酸钠溶液-乙腈-甲醇（25：6：1），检测波长为254nm。结果该方法的回收率为997％（RSD=0.02％，n=9）。结论该方法操作简便、快捷、重现性好，可作为注射用法莫替丁的含量测定方法。Objective A method was developed for the famotidine for injection by HPLC. Method The chromatographic conditions were C18 column, pH 3.9 sodium heptanesulfonatc-acetonitrile-methanol（25：6：1）. The detection wavelength was 254nm. Result The recorery of the method was 99.7%（RSD=0.02%, n=9）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise, which can be used for the assay of the famotidlne for injection.
