摘　　要：目的探讨高龄食管癌患者围术期的处理。方法回顾分析107例70岁以上高龄食管癌患者手术适应症的选择、围术期的处理、手术方式、术后并发症的防治。结果手术切除率100％，术后发生并发症37例，占346％，院内死亡4例，占3．74％。结论对高龄食管癌患者应严格控制适应症、选择适宜的术式及严谨的围术期处理是高龄食管癌患者手术成功的重要因素。Objective To explore aged esophageal patients, perioperative treatment. Methods Review 107 cases of aged esophageal patients above 70 years old. Analysed the group,s surgical indications, perioperative treatment, operation methods and the prevention of the postoperative complications. Results Surgical excision rate 100%. Postoperative complications 37 cases （34.6%）. Postoperative death 4 cases （3.74%）. Conclusion Strict control indications, ehoosed appropriate operation methods and the rigorous perioperative treatment were important factors of the surgical success for aged esophageal patients.
