潮汕地区精神病患者HBV血清标志物调查与分析

摘　　要：目的关注精神病患者HBV血清标志物情况及精神病患者的身心健康。方法收集2007年1月-2010年12月2681例我院住院精神病患者，采用ELISA方法检测五项血清标志物，包括HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg,HBeAb、HBcAb结果及相关资料，将每五项标志物结果作为一种模式，对各项标志物及模式检出率进行统计和分析。结果精神病患者HBV血清标志物检出率由低到高依次为HBeAg（3．27％）．HBeAb（12．08％）、HBsAg（13．54％）、HBcAb（21．82％）、HBsAb（41．98％），对照组检出率由低到高依次为：HBeAg（2．40％）、HBehb（5．1％）、HBsAg（754％）、HBcAb（13．38％）、HBsAb（4744％）。在2681例精神病患者中，五项血清标志物结果主要归纳为6种模式。结论精神病患者HBV感染率明显高于正常对照组，我们关注精神病患者精神痰患的同时，也要关注他们的躯体疾病的防治。Objective We care HBV serological markers and body health of psychotics. Methods 2681 psychotics were collected during 2007 to 2010. Serological markers of HBV （HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc） were detected by ELISA. Combining the test results of serological markers with other clinical data, several models were set up to analysis in serological markers and the detection rates of each model. Results The order from low to high of detection rate of the 5 HBV serological markers of the psychotic was HBeAg（3.27%）, HBeAb（12.08%）, HBsAg（13.54%）, HBcAb（21.82%）, HBsAb（41.98%）. The order of non-patients from low to high was HBeAg （2.40%）, HBeAb （5.1%）, HBsAg （7.54%）, HBcAb （13.38%）, HBsAb （47.44%）. The results of 5 HBV serological markers were summed up to six models. Conclusions The detection rates of HBV in psychotics are significantly high than in non-patients. When we care the psychotics, we ought to care their body health.
