摘　　要：目的对Mondor病患者的诊治过程进行总结。方法1998年～2011年共诊治多名Mondor病患者，其中随访资料完整的有16例，对其诊治过程和结果进行总结讨论。结果全组患者经对症治疗、中药治疗及手术治疗后均治愈。结论Mondor病是一种自限性疾病，多数患者门诊给予对症处理即可，保守治疗无效者最后可采用手术治疗。Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment for Mondor disease. Methods Sixteen patients with Mondor disease were included in the research. The diagnosis ,treatment and prognosis were analyzed and compared. Results All patients were cured by symptomatic treatment,or by the traditional Chinese medicine,or through operation. Conclusion Mondor disease is self-limited,most patients could be recovered by symptomatic treatment,while some patients still need to be operated.
