摘 要:运用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉伸试验机和冲击试验机等对石油储罐用含铜高强钢的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:该钢的组织由大量的针状铁素体构成,呈板条亚结构,且位错密度较高;钢中含有大量的第二相析出物,主要以(Nbx,Ti1-x)(Cy,N1-y)的形式存在;经过650℃回火后,铜以固溶态存在于基体中,仅起到固溶强化作用;该钢有较好的强度和韧性,可满足石油储罐用钢的要求。The mierostructure and mechanical properties of a Cu-containing high-strength steel for oil storage tank were investigated by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, tensile tester and impact tester. The results show that the microstructure of the steel consisted of large amount of acicular ferrite(AF). The AF had substructure of ferrite laths and high dislocation density. The second phase precipitates were mainly in the form of (Nbx, Ti1-x)(Cy, N1-y). After tempering at 650℃, the copper which solid solved completely in matrix played a role of solid solution strengthening. The steel had good strength and toughness, and could meet the specific requirement for oil storage tank.
