摘  要:目的 对比模拟与数字遥控胃肠机在实际应用中单次曝光剂量及单个被检体完成造影检查所接受的曝光剂量,以求得数字胃肠机的合理使用.方法 以200 mm水模为模体,分别在模拟胃肠机和数字胃肠机上做10次自动点片摄影,记录每一次曝光的摄影条件、曝光剂量并比较2台胃肠机在摄影条件及曝光剂量的差别.结果 与模拟遥控胃肠机相比,数字遥控胃肠机的摄影电流要小得多,摄影电压基本相同,但操作者对单个被检体图像采集的数量远远超过了模拟遥控胃肠机.结论 尽管数字遥控胃肠明显具有曝光剂量低的优势,但如果应用不当亦会将优势丧失殆尽.故而合理使用数字胃肠机,降低受检者的吸收剂量是业界同仁应该考虑和重视的问题.Objeetive To compare the imaging radiation dose of gastrointestinal examination in both analog and digital remote controlled X ray system in both one shot and whole examination. Methods 200 mm waler phantom was used to take ten times spot exposure in analog and digital remote controlled X ray system, respectively. According to exposure dose in two systems, the difference in radiation dose and exposure conditions between two X ray systems was compared. Results By comparison to analog X ray system, the current of digital X-ray system was lower under same working voltage, enhanced image acquisition, a wider dynamic range which makes it more forgiving for over and under-exposure as well as the ability to apply special image processing techniques that enhance overall display of the image. Conelusion The advantages of digital X-ray system are obvious, especially in its lower radiation dose. However, it would be meaningless if over exposure are executed. Thus, it is important to consider how to operate digital remote controlled X-ray system reasonable to limit radiation dose in clinic examinations.
