摘 要:目的 评价3.0T MR T1FLAIR序列在腰椎的应用价值.方法 采用GE公司3.0T MR对30例患者腰椎行T1FSE、T1FLAIR扫描,分别计算不同组织成像的信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、相对对比度(ReCon),并对不同图像质量进行比较.结果 椎间盘、骨髓、马尾及脂肪组织的SNR值FLAIR序列明显高于FSE序列(P〈0.01),脑脊液SNR值FLAIR序列明显低于FSE序列(P<0.01);马尾/CSF、椎间盘/马尾的CNR和ReCon值FLAIR序列明显高于FSE序列(P〈0.01).结论 3.0T MR在腰椎应用中FLAIR序列明显优于FSE序列.Objective To evaluate the application of T1-weighted fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence for the lunahar spine at 3. OT MR. Methods The lumbar spines in thirty patients were examined with Ti weighted fast spin-echo (FSE) and Tl-weighted FLAIR sequences at 3.0T MR. The signal to noise ratio (SNR), contrast to noise ratio (CNR), and relative contrast (ReCon) at different lumbar components were measured and compared between two sequences. Results SNRs of nerve root, disc, bone marrow and fat around the root at T1 FLAIR imaging were significantly higher than those at T2 FSE images (P〈0. 01), but SNRs of eerebrospinal fuid (CSF) were significantly lower than those at T1 FSE images(P〈0.01 ). CNRs of spinal cord/CSF and disc/spinal cord at T2 FLAIR images were significantly higher than those at T3-weighted FSE images (P〈0.01). ReCons of spinal cord/CSF and disc/spinal cord at T1 FLAIR images were significantly higher than those at T1 FSE images ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion MR T1 weighted FLAIR sequence may be considered as the preferred lumbar spine imaging sequence compared to T1 weighted FSE.
