摘　　要：目的建立一种利用BioNumerics生物软件分析API细菌鉴定系统50CH试验条发酵反应结果的方法。方法将70株芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)细菌API 50CH试验条发酵反应结果储存为数码图像,用BioNumerics软件将图像中的红黄颜色转换为数值,再运用百分位数统计方法分析上述数值并计算出每个反应的阈值,定义大于或等于阈值的反应结果为"+",小于阈值的反应结果为"-"。将"+/-"输入apiweb-API 50CHB V3.0细菌鉴定数据库获取鉴定结果。结果与结论该方法对Bacillus的鉴定结果与API经典方法鉴定结果一致。应用上述方法可帮助初级实验人员客观地获得生化反应结果,有利于实验室检测的标准化建设。Objective To establish a new method for reading the API 50CH strips for Bacillus identification by the BioNumerics software.Methods Seventy strains of Bacillus were tested by the BioMérieux API 50CH strip.The results were analyzed by software.The red-yellow results of fermentation were scored to values from 0 to 100,and the values were calculated statistically to obtain a series of new binary results that were imported into the ＂apiweb-API 50CHB V3.0＂ system for bacteria identification.Results and Conclusion All isolates are identified correctly.This method can help junior researchers obtain reliable results of biochemical reaction for the identification of bacteria.
