中药对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用的研究进展

摘　　要：血管内皮细胞在创伤修复、血管生成、止血等一系列生理和病理过程中起着重要作用。血管内皮细胞的损伤是多种疾病发生、发展的基础,寻找改善血管内皮功能障碍的药物具有重要意义。从中药对血管内皮细胞脂质过氧化损伤、血管内皮细胞活性物质的释放、血管内皮细胞凋亡的影响3个方面入手,综述近年来中药及提取物对于血管内皮功能的影响,为进一步实验研究血管内皮功能提供参考依据。Vascular endothelial cells play an important role in wound repair, angiogenesis, and hemostasis. Vascular endothelial cell injury is the basis for the development of varieties of disease. It is important to explore the drug of improving vascular endothelial dysfunction. The article reviews Chinese medicine which influence on endothelial cell lipid peroxidation, vascular endothelial cells release of active substances and vascular endothelial cell apoptosis in order to provide reference for vascular endothelial function for further experimental study.
