摘　　要：目的:探索中医临床路径管理的规律,完善质控模式。方法:初步构建个案管理者、项目组、医院三级质控模式,采取终末质控与过程质控相结合,强调过程质控。结果:过程质控优于终末质控,多级质控优于单一质控。结论:科学完善的指控模式更加有利于中医临床路径的实施与管理。Objective ： TCM clinical route managment was explored in order to integrity quality control model. Methods ： The three - grade quality control model including individual case administer, project team and hospital was primarily established. The ending control and course control were combined and the latter one was emphasized. Results ： Course control was better than ending control and multi - stage control was better than single control. Conclusion ： Integrated control model can be more helpful to carry on and manage TCM clinical route.
