摘  要:目的:应用中药复方制剂观察冠心病患者的炎症因子变化及探索清热解毒中药治疗动脉硬化性疾病的新思路。方法:将87例冠心病心绞痛(稳定劳累)心功能1~2级、中医分型热瘀痰阻证的患者随机分为辛伐他汀组(30例)、复方丹参片组(27例)、中药复方制剂组(30例),观察3组治疗前后C-反应蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等指标的变化。结果:治疗后,中药复方制剂组降C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的效果明显优于辛伐他汀片组与复方丹参片组(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方制剂对冠状动脉粥样硬化炎症指标的影响显著,对冠状动脉炎症有良好的疗效。清热解毒法作为冠心病一种新的治法或治法的补充,值得进一步研究。Objective : Applying Chinese compound prescription to observe the change of inflammatory factor for coronary heart disease patients with inflammatory reaction and explore a new way of treating arteriosclerosis with heat - clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese drugs. Methods : Divide randomly 87 cases patients of coronary heart disease, angina (stable tiredness) cardiac function 1 - 2 grade, belonging to heat blood stasis and phlegmy syndrome into simvastatin group (30 cases) , compound salvia tablet group (27 cases) and Chinese compound prescription group (30 cases) , and observe indexes such as c - reactive protein, triglyceride and cholesterol, high - density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low density lipoprotein. Results : After treatment, effect of c - reactive protein ( CRP), serum total cholesterol ( TC), low density lipoprotein(LDL) of Chinese compound prescription is obviously superior to simvastatin group and compound salvia tablet group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion : Chinese compound prescription has a remarkable influence on coronary arteriosclerosis inflammatory index and has a good curative effect on coronary arteriesarteriosclerosis inflammation. Method of heat - clearing and detoxifying as a new therapy or supplemental therapy is worth futher studying.
