摘  要:目的:优化双参克癃方的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法进行优选,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为指标,考察哈巴俄苷和2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的转移率,筛选双参克癃方的提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为:加12倍量的水提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:该工艺稳定可行,适于生产。Objective: To establish the optimal extraction technology for Shuangshen Kelong Granules. Methods: The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology. The investigation factors were the volume of water, time and times of extraction. The extraction technology of Shuangshen kelong granules was screened by the transfer rate of Stilbene glucoside and Harpagoside. Results : The optimum process is that 12 times of water, extracted 3 times, 1.5 hours per time. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and suitable for industrial production.
