摘　　要：采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚醚F-6进行聚合反应,并用NaHSO封端,制得了无甲醛的水性聚氨酯乳液。3探讨了异氰酸酯指数(R值)、预聚温度、预聚时间、封端剂用量及封端时间等因素对合成效果的影响。In this paper,toluene diisocyanate（TDI）and polyether F-6 were used for polymerization, then the resulted isocyanate terminated prepolymer was blocked with the blocking agent NaHSO3 to consume the isocyanate groups and emulsified,finally,the water-borne polyurethane emulsion was prepared.Meanwhile the effect of some factors on the synthetic results was discussed,such as isocyanate index（R value）,pre-polymerization temperature and time,the amount of blocking agent and blocking time and so on.
