摘  要:本文介绍了利用加速度计和电缆张力两者的测量值来识别遇卡段。分析了应用等时采样、原始数据的优点。加速度计测量值经过一个数字低通滤波器,再经计算得到仪器的实际加速度值。根据张力在遇卡时的表现特征,推导出一个和仪器遇卡密切相关的变量。设置两个门限值和两个逻辑变量(分别与仪器加速度和张力相对应),通过判断这两个逻辑值(真或者假)来确定仪器是否遇卡。实际数据处理结果验证了此方法能更准确地识别遇卡段,为速度校正提供可靠的依据。This paper relates generally to the methods for determining intervals in which the logging tool is stuck using cable tension and acceleration.It analyses the advantage of using the original,time-based data.A digital low-pass filter is used to filter the acceleration measured by the accelerometer,then the acceleration of the tool is caculated.According to the feature of the cable tension during the stucks,a variable which has much to do with stuck is derivated.Two thresholds and logical variables(corresponding to acceleration of the tool and cable tension)are set up,and the stuck intervals are determined by judging the two logical variables’values.(truth or false).The result of data processing has verified that this method could correctly indentify stuck intervals,and give a reliable basis for speed correction.
