摘　　要：Mediastreamer2是一个处理语音流与视频流的模块,主要用于IP电话的编解码与RTP包的收发。为了提高IP电话在应用中的网络抗抖动能力并降低其运算复杂度,本文基于Mediastreamer2的基本原理,对其进行了修改,使原来作为插件的iLBC语音编码成为首选的编码方案,然后利用接口函数设计代码框架,最终实现IP电话的语音信箱功能,保证语音录制结果的质量与效率,对其在嵌入式的开发与移植奠定了一个良好的基础。文中重点介绍了对Mediastreamer2的修改与语音信箱功能的设计思路,并给出了测试结果。Mediastreamer2 is a module that can make sound and video streams, and it is used to encode, decode, and process incoming and outgoing RTP packets. To enhance the robustness and decrease the algorithm complexity in the application of IP telephony, this paper modifies Mediastreamer2 properly based upon its principle, making iLBC the preferred codec instead of the plug-in as before, then utilizes the interface functions to design the code framework and finally implements the voice mail in IP Telephony with the guarantee of quality and efficiency, establishing a good foundation for its development and embedded transplant. It focuses on the modification of Mediastreamer2 and the design of voice mail, and then gives a test result in the end.
