企业规模、股权集中度与R&D投入——一个非线性关系的研究

摘　　要：在文献研究的基础上,建立了影响企业R&D投入的实证模型,对企业规模、股权集中度与R&D投入之间的关系进行了非线性检验。研究结果表明,企业规模与R&D人员投入呈现倒U型曲线关系,而股权集中度与R&D人员投入存在单侧U型曲线关系。此外,研究结果还显示,高等技术行业的R&D投入与中低行业的投入并不存在显著差异,而区域因素对R&D投入存在一定的影响。Based on the literature, this paper established empirical model that affects R ＆D investment, and conducted a non-linear test on firm size, ownership concentration and R＆D investment. The results showed that firm size and R＆D personnel input exhibited the inverted U-curve relationship, and the stock concentration and R＆D personnel input existed one side U-shaped curve relationship. In addition, the results also showed that the average R＆D investment level of hightech industry was not higher than that of low and middle technology industries, and R＆D personnel investment was affected by regional factors.
