摘　　要：自从BOT项目运作形式在基础设施建设中广泛应用以来,如何科学有效地选择特许经营者渐成学术界的关注热点。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理与比较,对特许经营者选择标准、BOT项目招标模式以及特许经营候选人评价方法等研究展开评述,最后总结了现有研究的局限,并提出未来研究的建议。Since BOT operational mode was applied in infrastructure construction widely, the discussion on how to select concessionaire scientifically and effectively has been the focus in the field of academy. Through the collection and comparison of foreign and domestic relative literatures, this paper makes system analysis and comment on re- search progress of the concessionaire and contractor selection criteria, BOT project tender model, and concession- aire candidate evaluation approaches, summarizes the characteristic of the related researches and their questions, and proposes suggestions for future study.
