红金盆炎汤治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红金盆炎汤治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效和对生活质量的影响。方法:将90例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组采用红金盆炎汤治疗,对照组采用妇科千金片治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05;治疗3个疗程后,治疗组在身体疼痛(BP)、活力(VT)、精神健康(MH)、总体健康(GH)等方面与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在躯体功能(PF)、躯体健康所致角色限制(RP)、精神健康所致角色限制(RE)、社会功能(SF)等方面与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红金盆炎汤治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症效果明显,并能改善患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Hongjin Penyan Decoction for the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease andthe effects of the decoction on the life quality.Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 patients each group.The patients in treatment group were treated with the decoction and in control group with gynecological Qianjin teblets.Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）;and after 3 treatment courses,compared in bodily pain（BP）,vitality（VT）,mental health（MH）,general health（GH）,etc between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）,while in physical function（PF）,role limitations due to physical health（RP）,role limitations due to mental health（RE）,social function（SF）,etc.Between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Hongjin Penyan decoction is effective obviously for the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,and can improve life quality of the patients.
