摘 要:通过熔融共混的方法,制备了PC/SAM-g-AEP共混物。采用旋转流变仪、熔体流动速率仪测试其流变性能。结果表明:PC/SAM-g-AEP与纯PC均表现出假塑性流体的特性,PC/SAM-g-AEP熔体黏度大于纯PC;PC/SAM-g-AEP熔体黏度随着SAM-g-AEP含量的增加而下降,且PC/SAM-g-AEP体系黏度随SAM-g-AEP中AEP含量的增加也呈现出下降趋势。PC/SAM-g-AEP blends were prepared by melt blending,and the rheological behavior of the blends was investigated by means of rotary rheometer and melt flow index measurer.The results indicate that both PC/SAM-g-AEP blends and pure PC exhibit the feature of pseudoplastic.The melt viscosity of PC/SAM-g-AEP blends is larger than that of pure PC.The melt viscosity of the blends decreases with the increasing of SAM-g-AEP content,and the system viscosity of the blends shows a downward trend with the increasing of content of AEP in SAM-g-AEP.
