摘　　要：以乳液聚合的方法合成了St-MAH-GMA-AA四元反应型相容剂,采用红外光谱对合成产物进行了结构分析,并研究了相容剂制备过程中的影响因素以及相容剂对PE/PA6共混物的力学性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:各单体均参加了反应,相容剂的加入可以提高共混物的力学性能。The tetra-reactive compatibilizer St-MAH-GMA-AA was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method.The structure of product was analyzed by using infrared spectroscopy.The influencing factors for preparing the compatibilizer was investigated.The effects of compatibilizer on mechanical properties and microstructure of PE/PA6 blends were also studied.The results show that all monomers participate in the reaction and the mechanical properties of the blends are improved with the addition of compatibilizer.
