高阻隔高温杀菌易撕食品软塑包装材料性能的研究

摘　　要：选用不同厂家生产的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、铝箔(AL)、流延聚丙烯(CPP)及相应的黏合剂和醇性油墨等原料,选定软塑包装材料结构为PET/AL/CPP,进行了一系列生产工艺实验和产品检测分析,从而得出该软塑包装新材料具有极高的阻氧阻湿性能、耐高温杀菌性能和良好的单向易撕裂性能。Selecting PET,aluminum foil（AL）,chlorinated polypropylene（CPP）,adhesives,and alcohol inks manufactured by different factories as raw materials,a kind of flexible plastic packaging materials of PET/AL/CPP was prepared,and then a series of production processing experiments and product testing analysis were done.The results show that the flexible plastic packaging materials possess excellent resistance oxygen performance and resistance wet performance,high-temperature sterilization and good one-way easy tear.
