摘 要:用高分子材料动态力学谱仪研究了芳香二胺固化四溴双酚 A环氧树脂 ( TBBPAER)的固化时间、固化温度、固化剂的摩尔比、溴含量以及固化剂的种类对固化物的动态力学性质的影响。通过对固化物玻璃化温度 Tg 的测定 ,为胺固化溴代环氧树脂的实际应用条件提供了理论依据。An experimental study was undertaken to investigate the effect of different influence factors on the dynamic mechanical property of tetrabromo bisphenol A epoxy resin(TBBPAER) with aromatic amine. The influence factors examined in the study include curing time, curing temperature, curig agent content, bromine content and kinds of curing agent. The glass transition temperature( T g) of the cured sample was determined using macromolecule material dynamic mechanical spectrometry. The results show that the reactivity of the TBBPAER is lower in the curing reaction, especially in the reaction with aromatic secondary amines. Therefore, in order to make the TBBPAER fully cured, the aromatic amine content should be properly excessive the stoichiometry between the TBBPAER and amine, correspondingly, the higher the bromine content in the TBBPAER, the more amine content to be needed to react with.
