糖尿病患者根管治疗术后临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病与非糖尿病患者根管治疗后的术后反应及疗效进行对照观察和评估。方法 160例需做根管治疗的患者,两次法完成根管治疗,观察糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者术后疼痛情况及1年后疗效。结果对于牙髓炎组,糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者术后疼痛两组比较无统计学差异。对于根尖周炎组,糖尿病患者术后疼痛发生率较非糖尿病患者高(P<0.01);根管治疗后1年疗效,糖尿病患者较非糖尿病患者低(P<0.01)。结论对于根尖周炎,糖尿病患者根管治疗术后疼痛要比非糖尿病患者重。Objective To observe and clinically evaluate the postoperative pain and efficacy after root canal treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus （DM） and non diabetes mellitus （non-DM）. Methods 160 patients who needed root canal treatment underwent treatment by two-stage method; Postoperative pain and one-year efficacy between DM group and non-DM group were evaluated. Results For the pulpitis group, there was no statistic difference between two groups in the postoperative pain, for the apical periodontitis group, the incidence of postoperative pain in DM group was higher than that in non-DM group （ P 〈 0.01 ） and one-year successful rates in DM group were significantly lower than that in non-DM group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The postoperative pain after root canal treatment was more serious in apical periodontitis patients and DM patients than that in non-DM patients.
