摘　　要：武钢5号高炉1991年10月建成投产,它采用了当时世界上众多的先进炼铁工艺技术,使武钢炼铁技术迈上了一个新的台阶。20年来,通过不断对这些引进技术的消化、吸收和创新,为武钢新建和改建的高炉奠定了坚实的技术基础,使武钢高炉在现代化和大型化方面取得重大进展,达到了国际先进水平。A number of world advanced technologies in ironmaking have been adopted in the No.5 BF in WISCO since its commissioning in October 1991 and thus the ironmaking technologies in WISCO have moved up into a new level.A very solid foundation has already been laid down by way of persistently digestion,absorption and innovation of those imported technologies for over 20 years and as the results in WISCO very great progress has been made in the fields of modernization of BF and installation of large scale BF extensively in WISCO and uptodate they have already attained the advanced level of the contemporary world.
