摘 要:埕岛油田大多数油井钻遇油层数较多、夹层长短不一,二次采油注水开发阶段,油井综合含水升高、出砂问题加剧,层间矛盾突出。根据埕岛油田地质特征,结合实际生产资料,对目前所采用多次管柱挤压充填防砂工艺的应用效果进行了分析,研制配套了一次管柱多层压裂防砂工艺+长井段循环充填防砂工艺技术。经现场应用,该工艺防砂性能可靠,施工成功率高,可为埕岛油田的长期稳定开发提供技术支撑。Drilled number of most oilwells in Chengdao oilfield oil is much,whose dissection length is various,and on the second productionwater injection development period,integrated water contamination increases and sand production problem aggravateswhich makes interlayer contradiction to pop out.According to the Chengdao oilfield geological characteristics,combined with the actual production data,the applied effect of squeeze packing sand control techwithmultiple times string is analyzed,and once time of string formultilayer fracturing sand control technology and long well section circulating pack sand control technology is developed.By field application,the technology of sand control is reliable,construction success ratio is high,which offers a technology support for long-term stable development in Chengdao oilfield.
