摘　　要：从打破对报纸的被动单一阅览服务方式、挖掘报纸上社会经济政治热点、挖掘报纸信息源开发的商业价值、挖掘报纸军事信息源的重要意义等几个方面论述了图书馆馆藏报纸情报价值的开发与利用。This paper discusses the development and utilization of the intelligence value of ibrary＇s collection newspapers from aspects of breaking the passive and single newspapers reading service mode,mining social,economic and political hot spots from the newspapers,mining the business value of the development of information sources on the newspapers,and mining the important significance of military sources on the newspapers,etc.
